When posting, adding more than one attachment doesn't work right. Only the first attachment will work. Also it is not possible to edit the attachment comment after uploading it.

I just tried it here and it has the same behavior that my site does.

I know this bug Sad Lack time to fix it..
It's got something to do with <tr>'s, that I am sure off.
Will put it on the priority list.

With this I just used the attachment file from 3.0 gold vertually unchanged. This fixed the problem. I don't think it is something I can take credit for.

I have not tested subMerged 3.0.11 for phpBB3-RC1 on the new phpBB yet so I can't acknowledge this.

That is fine, I am updating all files from 3.0.11 for phpbb3-rc1 to 3.0.0 for phpbb3 Gold.
