Hello,
I am new to installing php.

I've installed the phpBB3 onto my server and got it running. My question is;

is there a forum or someplace where they provided directions on how to incorporate the portal part. I really like this portal and the way it looks, any help would be appreciated.

This is not a portal but a theme, or template, that you can install to make phpBB look like this.
